Good Morning Sunshine!

Breakfast time always includes my eggs.  I usually have scrambled eggs--4 egg whites and one whole egg cooked up on my cast iron frying pan in a layer of coconut oil.  However, scrambled eggs are not that photogenic.  So when I fried up a couple of eggs for a lunch snack a few days ago, I put together this little composition using one of the eggs, some bread, cheese, a wheat tortilla, some pepper corns and a tiny piece of zucchini peel.
