Breakfast time! Although I have posted an image of all the ingredients before on this blog, here is the finished product--my typical breakfast. The ingredients have changes a little over time. Throw in 2 cups homemade kefir, a banana, half a roma tomato, half a carrot, half an avocado, some spinach, some kale, a cup of frozen mixed berries, 3 large frozen strawberries and two raw eggs. Run it all through the Blendtec blender and use it to down the morning dose of vitamins and minerals. All set for the day to start now. Good morning world!
