Water is what make the West go around. We are living through a several year drought now and the reservoirs are almost dry. We are all hoping for a heavy snow winter to replenish the supplies (and the skiers and snowboarders are itching to hit the slopes too). Out here in the West water has always been a precious commodity. You can't live with it (in the wrong places at the wrong time--just ask anyone in Colorado right now. Our hearts and prayers go out to them.) and you can't live without it.
