Ghost Shopping
'Tis the season. The season where you just don't know who, or what, you may find when you are out shopping. This must be one of those ghost shoppers that goes around testing out just how well the store staff is performing--all while being undercover or invisible. I mean, after all, if the NSA can listen to our cellphones you just never know who may be watching you as you walk the merchant's isles....
