Things are going dark....
Today's photo of some hanging lights was taken in the lobby of a retirement center. Although quite simple, the more I experimented in post-processing the more this image reached back into the memory banks in my mind. Back in those cobwebs somewhere there is the vivid memory of being wheeled into the operating room laying on my back on the the operating room table, being given the anesthesia and quickly drifting out of consciousness while watching things go dark and the lights fade out...
